I hung out with greaters again, mostly because I found some interesting things online to read and it’s bloody difficult to read when you have to pay attention.
I’m trying to understand why the prices on most items have been on the sharp rise since late May. It’s not just certain items like food, armor, weapons, potions which can be explained with the PvP worlds and the removal of specific items from PvP drops.
First of all, i love your blog!
Secondly, the introduction of PVP artefacts has been CREATING gp and sending massive amounts of it into the economy. As a result, the value of the gp is decreasing, causing inflation. Thus prices are rising.. and my guess is that they wont stop until Jagex nerfs 26king or the artefacts.
Hope this clears some things up,

I agree. 26king/76king causes an inflation. Too much money getting obtain too fast by too many players.
I went to the bounty hunter world to make a quick 200k the other day through Edge merchanting, and took a quick trip into the wilderness and all i saw were arranged fights.. not deathmatches… 26king..
it makes me sick >:(
i dont want to lose my integrity, but i’ve been forced to invest my cash pile so it retains its worth.. very annoying indeed.
PS. to both of you, Kitt and Vaskor: can you remind Qeltar to activate my TS account sometime soon? I know he is busy, and Withered has already helped me out, but at least a month has passed.
Thanks in advance,
Chazite
